Refunds And Returns Policy

The following information outlines the shipping and returns policy for Rythmik Cocktails (the trading name for Samek Drinks.)

By shopping with this website we assume you accept this policy in full. Do not continue to shop with Rythmik Cocktails if you do not accept all of the policy conditions stated on this page.

Shipping & Packing Costs

All shipping is done through DPD couriers on a tracked next day service (when ordered pre 12pm). All shipping costs will be specified at checkout.There are no other costs or charges other than what you see on the checkout screen.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of goods sold, we do not offer returns or refunds on any bottled drinks. The exception to this is when an order arrives damaged, defective or wrongly picked.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect goods

For any damage, defect or mis-picked goods, please notify us at antosh@rythmik.co.uk within 1 day of observing the problem, including a photo of the products affected. The replacement goods will be re-sent to you at our own expense.

Cancellation Period

For customers in the UK, the cancellation period is 7 days from time of delivery.

Method of Refund

For all refunds, partial or full, the refund will be made to the same payment method as was made to place the order.

How to Request a Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact us at antosh@rythmik.co.uk explaining your request and reasons, and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours with a response.

Delivery Charge on Returned Goods

All refunds and returns will be at the customers expense and this will not be reimbursed. The exception is where the item is damaged, defective or misspicked and we request you to send us the item back. In this instance, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Products Returned Outside of the Cancellation Period

Products returned outside of the cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund, unless agreed prior with customer services. Please contact us on antosh@rythmik.co.uk if you have a return request that falls outside of the cancellation period.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
